O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
The glory of God cannot be quantified. It is utterly amazing and immeasurable. Traveling through the earth, the splendor of God is revealed around every corridor. The rolling hills and the mountain mounds all reveal the immense power of Almighty God. The sun rises every morning and sets promptly in the evening without fail. God is at work in the world and in the lives of his people. He rescues them when they are in trouble. The antagonized and intimidated are given courage to stand firm. The enemies of his work that once said they would never be moved; have been shoved in a corner. They speak but no-one hears their voices anymore. God’s will prevail as always.
If you’ve never experienced the power of God in your life, it may be difficult to understand the adoration that I express. God is truly an amazing God. Which other kind of god can walk alongside his people like our Jehovah? What other god bears pain when his people hurt? Who else will sacrifice his Only Son who knew no sin to die for the sins of the entire world?
Almighty Jehovah is an awesome God. He has been good to me especially in times when I was most undeserving – He showed me mercy. He showed me unconditional love. He gave me peace and he gave me hope. In times when things looked bleak and my strength was fading, God showed me how to carry on. Experience God’s magnificence for yourself. Ask him to come into your life today.
