Reach Your Potential

Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. – Isaiah 54:2

You have incredible potential. God created you to be an extraordinary person. You have unspeakable talents and gifts buried deep inside of you. Don’t let the enemy deceive you into believing that you cannot be everything that God has called you to be. Don’t let the current obstacles that you face deter from pursuing your God-given dreams. God placed those dreams inside you for a reason. The world desperately needs what you have. God has given you everything you need to do all that He has called you to do. He never gives us an assignment that He cannot provide the resources to accomplish. Your obstacle may look insurmountable right now but take time to reflect on the size of the God you serve. You are anointed, strong, equipped and full of favor. Even if the challenges seem powerful, they cannot be more powerful than the Lord your God.

Enlarge your place of dwelling; strengthen your stakes. If you have no issues at all and everything seems to be fine, that may mean that you are not reaching your potential. You must have a dream that seems impossible for you to achieve on your own; a dream or goal that stretches you and requires total faith in God. When things look difficult and impossible, then you are stretching yourself. Do your best to reach your potential in this life - we only get one chance. Don’t waste your chance leaving day to day, pigeon holed in a box and coasting along in a mediocre existence. This is your chance; this is your time and it is your destiny to achieve great things for God.
